1. Introduction
Welcome to CERTIFICATES IN AI sp. z o.o. (“CEAI“, “we“, “our“, or “us“).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of CEAI websites, online platforms, digital services, training programs, certification services, examinations, consultancy services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services“).
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a service, enrolling in a program, participating in an assessment, or using any CEAI Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use CEAI Services.
2. About CEAI and Our Services
CERTIFICATES IN AI sp. z o.o. is a company registered in Poland providing professional services in Artificial Intelligence, digital learning, certification, and consultancy.
CEAI Services include, but are not limited to:
- Artificial Intelligence education and training programs;
- Professional certification programs;
- Certification preparation courses;
- Online examinations and assessments;
- Digital certificates and credential verification services;
- Information Technology consultancy;
- Business and management consultancy;
- AI adoption and digital transformation advisory services;
- Online learning platforms and web portals;
- Educational resources and professional services.
CEAI reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any Service where necessary due to operational, technical, legal, or business considerations.
3. Eligibility and User Requirements
To access or use CEAI Services, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Where CEAI provides educational programs for minors, additional requirements may apply, including parental or legal guardian consent where required by law.

CEAI does not store complete payment card information.
Payment for any CEAI Service does not guarantee:
- Successful completion of a course;
- Passing a certification examination;
- Obtaining a certificate;
- Employment, promotion, or business results.
Refund requests are governed by CEAI’s separate Refund Policy.
6. Training and Educational Services
CEAI provides educational content designed to develop practical knowledge and skills.
Users acknowledge that:
- Learning outcomes may vary depending on individual effort, experience, and circumstances;
- Completion of training does not automatically guarantee certification unless certification requirements are fulfilled;
- CEAI may update course content, materials, and learning methods to maintain quality and relevance.
7. Certification and Examination Services
Where CEAI provides certification services, certification is awarded only after successful completion of applicable requirements.
CEAI may:
- Verify candidate identity;
- Review examination results;
- Investigate suspected misconduct;
- Maintain certification records;
- Verify issued credentials;
- Suspend or revoke certifications obtained through fraud, dishonesty, or violation of these Terms.
A CEAI certification confirms that the holder has fulfilled CEAI certification requirements at the time of issuance.
Certification does not represent:
- A government license;
- Professional accreditation unless specifically stated;
- A guarantee of employment or career advancement.
8. Examination Integrity and Professional Conduct
Users participating in CEAI assessments must maintain professional and academic integrity.
Users must not:
- Share examination questions or protected assessment materials;
- Receive unauthorized assistance;
- Impersonate another candidate;
- Attempt to manipulate examination results;
- Circumvent security measures;
- Use CEAI materials for unauthorized purposes.
Violations may result in:
- Examination cancellation;
- Loss of eligibility;
- Certification suspension or revocation;
- Termination of access to CEAI Services.
9. Consultancy Services
CEAI may provide information technology consultancy, business consultancy, AI advisory, and related professional services.
Consultancy services are based on information provided by the client and agreed project requirements.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Their business decisions;
- Implementation choices;
- Legal and regulatory compliance;
- Evaluation of recommendations provided.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, CEAI consultancy services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or regulatory advice.
10. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use CEAI Services responsibly and lawfully.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to CEAI systems;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- Interfere with website or platform operation;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell CEAI materials without permission;
- Use CEAI Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities;
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All CEAI content and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Third-Party Services
CEAI may use or integrate third-party services, including:
- Payment providers;
- Hosting providers;

- Examination systems;
- Technology providers;
- AI tools and platforms.
CEAI is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, or privacy practices of third-party services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
CEAI processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
By using CEAI Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CEAI shall not be liable for:

- Loss of profits or business opportunities;

- Career or employment outcomes;
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond CEAI’s reasonable control.
CEAI’s total liability relating to any Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
