AI Certification: Understand Your Learning Pathway
AI certification can help you demonstrate knowledge gained through a defined learning and assessment process. This guide explains how to evaluate a pathway, what to check when comparing AI courses with certificate options, and where CEAI programmes may fit your goals.
Separate learning from certification
A course provides learning materials and opportunities to practise. Certification follows the applicable requirements for demonstrating knowledge or capability. Completing study does not automatically mean that every assessment or certificate requirement has been met.
CEAI issues its own professional certificates to participants who fulfil the relevant learning and assessment requirements. Ask for the current requirements before choosing a programme.
Choose a pathway with a clear purpose
Start with the tasks you want to understand or perform more thoughtfully. The International AI Driving License, known as IAIDL, introduces practical and responsible AI use in professional contexts. CEAI also provides information about learning for business leaders and marketing and sales professionals.
Compare the programme objectives with your current knowledge, role and available study time rather than choosing by the certificate title alone.
Check the details before enrolment
Request confirmation of programme availability, delivery format, language, learning materials, assessment arrangements, fees and support. Review the applicable terms and ask how an issued certificate can be verified.
CEAI issues professional certification under its own programme requirements. Review the issuer information and certificate verification arrangements, and check any specific requirements of the organisation where you plan to present it.
Plan the next step
Read the programme information, list any unanswered questions and contact CEAI to confirm the arrangements that apply to you. A clear understanding of both the learning and the assessment helps you make an informed decision.
